This policy explains how FableFjor Archive Media Ltd ("we", "us"), Company No. 14829307, registered office 71 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BW, United Kingdom, processes personal data when you use fablefjorrhythmfox.christmas. We are the data controller.

Data we process

• Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and timestamps to keep the site secure and running.
• Emails you send us: if you email [email protected], we receive your address and whatever you include.
• Browser storage: a consent preference may be stored on your device. See our Cookie Policy.

The contact tool

The "Log Your Moment" tool runs entirely in your browser. Text you type is not transmitted to us or stored by the site. It only reaches us if you choose to email it.

Why and on what basis

We process server logs on the basis of legitimate interests (security and reliability) and emails on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to you and maintaining an accurate archive.

Retention

Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless needed to document a correction.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with our hosting and email providers acting as processors, or where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
